Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions in order to have a pleasant trip we will as you to sign it at the day of arrival or before we commence the trip. Before your ride can begin we must have the following from you.
Full payment for your trip | $200 bike damage deposit | Your passport | A signed copy of these Terms and Conditions
Dirt bike riding is inherently dangerous. You agree that you are aware of the risks and enter into this activity with full knowledge of the dangers. You certify that you have the necessary skills to safely operate a motorbike in a challenging environment. You release and hold harmless for whatever reason, Enduro Dirt bike Philippines, it’s officers, employees and agents from any action related to these risks and dangers.
There are NO refunds for any reason after your ride begins. There are many fixed costs involved in hosting a tour and those costs generally do not go away simply because you quit. Booking deposits are not refundable at any time for any reason.
If you quit the ride early for any reason, you are responsible for returning yourself, the bike and any rented gear back to our location in our facility. We will assist you with the arrangements but the costs involved are your responsibility.
If the bike is damaged and unable to be repaired in the field you are responsible for returning yourself, the bike and any rented gear back to our location in our facility. We will assist you with the arrangements but the costs involved are your responsibility.
If you are injured and cannot continue the tour, you are responsible for returning yourself, the bike and any rented gear back to our location in our facility. We will assist you with the arrangements but the costs involved are your responsibility.
Further, any medical costs are also your responsibility. You are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that can reimburse you in the event of an interruption of your trip and cover any unexpected medical expenses.
You accept as-is, the equipment (bike, and/or any rented riding gear) in good condition and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in your possession. You are responsible for any damage you incur.
You are responsible for the prompt replacement at full retail value of all rental equipment (bike, and/or any rented riding gear) not returned or damaged, other than reasonable wear and tear.
Typical replacement costs in Philippine Pesos including labor for some commonly damaged items:
$20 Plastic side panel, each | $30 Hand guard, each | $20 Lever, clutch or front brake | $110 Helmet | $90 Boots
$150 Radiator | $130 Fuel tank | $130 Front wheel | $220 Rear wheel | $90 Torn seat
Damaged items will be deducted from your deposit before it is returned to you. We reserve the right to terminate your ride at any time with no refund if we observe conduct that we determine to be unsafe, abusive or inappropriate. This includes mistreatment of the bike or disrespecting the locals, your guides, or the other riders. Ride conservatively. This is not a 20 minute moto! The bike has to survive the trip so the next customer can use it. If we observe behavior that can compromise the reliability of the equipment or harm our relationships with the locals and/or our vendors your trip can end immediately with no refund. Conduct yourself accordingly!
